Kamalji, the most striking thing about your wedding photo is you are reed thin., including a thin oblong face, a striking contrast from your picture on Sulekha. I suspect Harshaji's cooking must take the blame.

Dear Anjalaji,

that is nothign. There is a place here in Jaipur called Raiser Plaza, famous for the development of wedding pics and CD's.

I see at least 10 computers in each showroom working on the movie CD's.They select the moon, stars sun, cut and paste the face of the bride on the moon, and the groom in the sun, and the corny CD's they make.and the most garish songs they fill as the background music.
Makes me laugh i just go for the kicks sometimes when i am bored.

Regards.kamal

Kamalji,
Sorry I am late! A great post and let me wish you and Harsha many many more years of wedded bliss. Loved looking at the photos. Sepia tint has its own charm. I remembered ours, with faces peering out from a big Flower and affixed as if mooning at each other.

Smitaji,

Well those days, it was like this, nowadays everyone runs to their hotel rooms for the honeymoon where they dont want to be disturbed even by the photogropher.

God knows if something came in the straws, memory is fading on certain matter like these, but not on other matter.HAHA.Regards.kamal

Kamalji,
I missed this one.. belated wishes for your anniversary. Your narration had me in splits, and forgive me, the pictures as well.  You two look great , your wife is v. charming and so are you, but the concept of the photos was soooo funny. What was that thing with a jungle of straws? did you actually manage to get a sip or not? . And the romantic poses... i can imagine your plight!!! My own wedding photos are so boring.. just posing with assorted guests. Wish I had seen this one before, then mine would have been modelled along the same lines....

Lovely. I wish you and your wife many more happy years together.
Smita
