Women are Better Workers than Men?
I went with a Friend Suresh to his Factory, a huge one,and i could see only women on the sewingmachines,and his secretary too a female.I found her very cooperative and intelligent,and she took us around and explained to us about the workings.And she speaks very good English,which most Indonesians are poor at.
She has been Suresh's sec for more than 10 years,and she takes care of practically everything.There are about a dozen men too,in executive positions,and men in the packing department,loading ,unloading,and packing.But most of the postions were of the women.
When i asked Suresh why so many women and so few men,this is what he had to say.
He says, Women are more intelligent and hardworking than men.And more trustworthy,and less likely to leave a job for a Few Dollors More.
As Sons, men are Pampered by their Mothers
Adored by their Sisters
Loved by their Wife,
Worshipped by their daughters.
Men are used to being pampered all therough their lives,by the different Avatars of females.The women on the other hand,have to fend for themselves,all thru.And besides working,they have to bear children,bring them up,and put up with husbands,they are stronger in character,if not strength of the physical kind.
And now his Sec is about to leave to get married to a Guy,and he is worried.
Well this set me thinking,and i do see merit in what Suresh said.I have a feeling the men will give me the brickbats,but i do go along with the above statement.
